Sage Properties

Sage Properties is the owner of two locations with five buildings in Saskatoon located on approximately 12 acres of land.

The Thatcher Avenue property is in the Agriplace Industrial area of north west Saskatoon and consists of three buildings with a combined total area of approximately 50,000 square feet. Interior space includes; offices and shop areas where JNE Welding LP fabricates much of its custom orders. Exterior space has 10 acres of land utilized for parking, storage and buildings surrounded by a chain link fence.

The 56th Street location is on the north end of Saskatoon. This location has two buildings with over 30,000 square feet of space. Exterior space has almost two acres of land for parking, buildings and cold storage surrounded by a chain link fence.

JNE Welding is the long-term tenant in these properties. As a 30% owner in JNE, we felt that the opportunity to purchase the properties that JNE was occupying was a natural progression of an opportunity that evolved several years ago.
