The PBCN Office Complex is a building development that provides office and meeting space for First Nations governments and other organizations. Sometimes known as the “PAGC Building” it is the long-time home of the Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC), the PAGC Tribune, the Northern Lights Community Development Corporation and First Nations Insurance L.P. Developed in 1995 it is a 40,000 square foot, fully modern, wheel-chair accessible building that has two central meeting rooms and a large common area. It has become a central location for any PBCN community events and elections. Located on the Chief Joseph Custer # 201 in the West Hill area, and opposite the Victoria Hospital, it is very noticeable with its green exterior and plenty of windows to allow natural light into the office spaces. Being on the Chief Joseph Custer Reserve allows PAGC officials and members to be close to the activities that occur on the Reserve on a weekly basis.
